Entytle India Private Limited

Our office is in the Siddh Icon building on Baner Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch in Pune. If you find the Bikaner Sweets, you are basically there. We are up on the sixth floor in unit 601. Entytle India Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside, it’s just a bunch of us sitting at our desks. Baner is a busy area with a lot of traffic and new buildings going up all the time. Being on a higher floor helps a bit with the noise from the street. We have a decent view of the surroundings, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a monitor. The team is a mix of different people, some who have been here since we moved in and some newer faces. We don't really go for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. If something needs fixing or a client has a problem, whoever is free just handles it. We often grab snacks from the shops nearby during our breaks. The building has a lift that works most of the time, and the security guards are friendly enough. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep it grounded. We don’t use a lot of jargon when we talk to each other or our customers. It’s just about solving data problems and making sure our systems are running like they should. It’s a good spot to work from.
