Ensono Technologies Llp is based in Viman Nagar, which is a pretty popular spot in Pune. Specifically, we are in the Rose Service Apartment building, Flat no. 4. It’s located in Sakore Nagar, near Plot 32 on Survey number 232/1. This area is great because there are so many cafes and shops around, though it can get quite crowded. Our office is essentially a converted apartment, so it has a very casual and relaxed vibe. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, with desks and chairs that are comfortable but definitely not high-end executive furniture. The airport is quite close, so you hear the planes taking off every now and then. It’s a small, dedicated group of us working here. We don't have a corporate dress code or any of those formal rules. Most days, we’re just focused on our screens and talking through problems. There’s a small kitchen where we keep our snacks and a kettle for tea. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We like the fact that we’re in a residential-style building because it makes the work day feel a bit less stressful. People in the other flats know us as the tech guys on the lower floor. It’s a straightforward place where we just focus on the work at hand without any unnecessary fluff.
