We are based out of Hadapsar, occupying units 407 and 408. It’s a decent-sized space for us. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, it feels like a different city than it was a few years ago. There are plenty of IT companies around here, but we try to keep our head down and focus on our own tasks. We handle outsourcing work, which means a lot of emails and calls to people in different time zones. Sometimes the office is quiet during the day and busy at night. It depends on who we are working with at the moment. We have a kitchen area where we spend a lot of time talking about things that aren't work. It helps break up the day. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for long shifts. We don't spend much on decorating. Most of our budget goes into the equipment and the internet connection, because we can't do anything without those. People know us for being reliable. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a job is going to take two weeks, we say it’ll take two weeks. No fluff. It’s just a group of people who know their way around a computer trying to make a living by helping other businesses manage their tech needs. It's not glamorous, but it works for us. We just keep plugging away at the tasks on our screens.
