Endurinox

Endurinox is located over at D-15 in the Vikas Industrial Estate. Being in Bhayander East means we are right in the thick of all the manufacturing noise and activity. It gets pretty loud around here during the day with all the machines running and trucks backing into the narrow lanes. We have been in this unit for a good bit of time. It’s not a very big space, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. Most days involve a lot of heavy lifting and checking through the inventory. We don't really do much in the way of fancy office work. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure the orders are packed right and the materials are what they are supposed to be. It is dusty work, especially when the weather gets hot and the fans just move the warm air around. The estate gets pretty crowded around lunchtime when everyone comes out for a break. We usually just have our tea and get back to it. Dealing with the logistics in this area can be a headache sometimes because of the narrow roads, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just a few of us making sure the work gets finished before the end of the shift. That is pretty much our daily routine here at the estate.
