You can find us in Kothrud, over at Dahanukar Colony. We are specifically located in the Kalpak Housing Society, in Flat Number 9 on Lane Number 5. It is a residential area, so it feels quite different from a big glass office building. We are registered under S A Arvandekar's name here. Working out of a flat means things are a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot of papers piled up on the dining table we use as a desk. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down during the day. Parking is always a bit of a headache on Lane 5, as you probably know if you live in Pune. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily tasks that come with Encore India Pvt Ltd. It is a very normal setup. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and the balcony has a few plants that someone forgets to water half the time. It is a bit of a maze to get here if you don't know the colony well, but once you find Flat 9, it is easy. We have been in this spot for a bit now and got used to the rhythms of the society. It’s just a regular bunch of us working through the week. No big fancy lobby or receptionist here, just a door you knock on. We just stay busy and keep things simple.
