Our office is over in Kothurd, specifically at Plot No 12 in Mayur Colony. The building is called Pandra Shree. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the city center, which we really like. Emsphere Technologies has been based here for a few years now. The office feels more like a house than a workplace because of the neighborhood. We have a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles. There’s a small balcony where we go to take breaks and look at the trees when the weather is nice. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts. We work on various tech projects throughout the day. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem and end up staying late, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. Kothurd has a lot of good places to grab a snack, so we often head out together in the afternoon for some tea or Vada Pav. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know each other well and work together. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and gadgets, but we know where everything is. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We just focus on the technology side and let the rest take care of itself.
