We’ve set up Ems Technologies Pvt. Ltd. out in Pirangut, in the Mulshi area. Our specific spot is Gat No. 322, Plot No. 1. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city, but we like the space we have out here. It’s more of an industrial setting, which suits the kind of work we do. The office and the workspace are pretty much one and the same. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, we’re all just busy with the technical tasks at hand. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, and the surrounding area is mostly other plots and fields. We don’t go in for marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We’re a technology company, sure, but we’re also just a group of people who like fixing things and making things work. Our days are filled with practical problems and finding ways to solve them. We have our tools, our computers, and a small kitchen where we make tea. It’s a quiet life compared to the city center. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on getting the current project finished so we can start the next one. That’s how we’ve always done it here at Plot No. 1 in Pirangut. It’s just us, working hard in Mulshi, trying to get things right.
