Empor Tech Private Limited

Empor Tech Private Limited is located over at Shinde Wasti in the Haveli area of Pune. Specifically, we are in the Aqua Mist building, Sr.No.-181/2. It’s not in the middle of a big business district, which is something we actually like. The 412101 area feels a bit more open compared to the crowded streets of central Pune. Our office is just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just need a place where we can sit down and get things done. The commute for some of us involves some dusty roads, but that’s just how it is around here. We usually start the day with a quick check on what needs finishing and then we just get to it. There is no dress code or formal meetings. If someone has an idea, they just say it out loud. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air when the work gets a bit intense. It’s a very grounded environment. We know the local shopkeepers and often get our tea from the stall just down the road. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without all the extra corporate fluff. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive.
