Emitec Technologies India Private Limited is situated in Baner at Park Grandeur. Our office is Flat No. B 1502, right on Balewadi Highstreet. While the Highstreet area is known for being quite modern and loud with all the shops and restaurants, being up on the 15th floor keeps things relatively quiet for us. It’s a good view of Pune from up here, especially when it rains. The space is basically a converted flat, so it has a bathroom and a small area where we keep the fridge and some snacks. We don't have a big corporate logo in the lobby or anything like that. We just come in every morning, log on, and start the day's tasks. Sr.No. 19/5 can get a bit congested with traffic in the evenings, so we often stay a little later to let the roads clear up. It’s just a group of us trying to stay on top of our work without making a big deal out of it. We use the dining area as a makeshift meeting room when we need to discuss something important. The setup is simple because we don't need much more than a desk and a decent internet connection to stay productive. It’s a functional space that suits the way we work. No fancy perks or office games, just a place where we put in our hours and then head home to our families. It is just how we like it.
