Emerson Climate Technologies (India) Ltd

Emerson Climate Technologies (India) Ltd is based out of Plot No. 23 in Phase 2 of the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi. It’s a huge area with lots of modern buildings, and we’re right in the thick of it. We work on things that keep buildings cool and food fresh, which is pretty important in a place as hot as India. The building is quite large, and there are a lot of people coming and going at all hours. We have engineers, office staff, and technicians all working under the same roof. The traffic getting into Hinjewadi in the morning can be a real headache, so many of us start our day a bit stressed from the commute. Once we’re inside, though, it’s all about focusing on the tech. We have a lot of meetings, but they’re mostly about solving technical problems rather than just talking for the sake of it. The canteen is usually where we all catch up over a quick meal. It’s a very professional environment, but we try to keep things friendly. We’ve been at this plot for a good while now and have seen the whole tech park grow up around us. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s a non-stop hub of activity. We just focus on our part of the puzzle, making sure the climate systems we work on are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s steady work and it keeps a lot of people employed. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
