Emcure Pharmacuetical Limited

We work out of the Raskar Building, which sits right at Shastri Chowk on Alandi Road. This is the Bhosari area, and if you know anything about it, you know it’s always buzzing. The traffic at the chowk can be a real headache during peak hours, but it’s a good spot to be for business. Emcure Pharmaceutical Limited has a long history here. Inside the building, things are a lot more organized than the chaos outside. We have our departments set up for different pharmaceutical tasks. It’s a lot of white coats and paperwork. We have to be very careful with the details because of the nature of the work. The building itself is older but sturdy. You can hear the hum of the air conditioning and the distant sound of horns from the street. Lunchtime is usually spent in the breakroom or at one of the small shops downstairs. It’s a professional environment but we aren't robots. We talk about the local cricket scores and complain about the heat like everyone else. The commute to Bhosari is tough for some of us, but we’ve made this building our home for the workday. We don’t have a flashy entrance with lights. It’s just a functional place where we process what we need to. Every day is about keeping the lines moving and making sure the records are straight.
