Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals is located at Emcure House, which is plot T-184 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. This is a very large industrial belt near Pune, and it’s where a lot of the heavy lifting happens. Our building is a sturdy structure designed for the pharmaceutical industry. It’s not a small office like you’d find in the city; it’s a proper industrial site with different sections for production and administration. There’s always a lot of security at the gate, and you have to sign in before you can come through. The environment is very work-focused. You can hear the hum of the machinery in certain parts of the building and there’s a constant flow of trucks in the loading bay. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts. The canteen is a busy place around noon, and it’s where everyone catches up. The roads in MIDC Bhosari are wide but they can be quite bumpy with all the heavy vehicle traffic. We’ve got a lot of history in this building and it’s seen a lot of changes over the years. Inside, the rooms are mostly white and clean, which is necessary for the kind of work we do. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible without too much fuss. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to work and we’re all just part of the team here.
