If you are looking for us, we are located at Flat No 10 in the A-2 building of Damodarnagar. It is right off Sinhagarh Road here in Pune. Being on Sinhagarh Road means we deal with a lot of traffic noise, but inside the flat, it is actually quite calm. It’s a residential-style setup which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical glass-walled office. We have turned the rooms into our working areas. There is plenty of light coming through the windows in the mornings. Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd has been in this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space, and the filing system could probably be better, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. The walk up to the flat is good exercise since we do it several times a day. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We don't really have a big reception area or a sign out front that you can see from a mile away. It’s just a small, functional office in a regular apartment building. We like it this way because it’s practical. It feels like a real place where actual work happens without any of the extra fluff that usually comes with big companies.
