Embe Softwares is a small setup we have got going. We do not have a big office building with a giant logo on the roof or anything like that. If you need to reach out to us, you just send an email to Sumit’s account. That is how we handle most of our communication and keep things moving. We do software work, mostly coding and fixing bugs for various projects that come our way. It involves a lot of sitting in front of monitors and drinking way too much coffee throughout the day. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know how to write code and happen to like solving problems. Sometimes the work is slow and other times we are working late into the night to finish something. We do not really do the whole suit-and-tie thing here. Most of us just wear t-shirts and jeans while we work at our desks. It is much more comfortable that way. We try to be clear about what we can actually do and how long it is going to take. Software can be tricky and things break for no reason sometimes. We just keep digging into the code until we find the fix. It is a quiet way to make a living. We do not spend much on advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to us. We are just regular folks.
