Elliot Systems Private Limited

We are set up in Balewadi, Pune, inside the Sky Iris building. Our office is A-806, and we are quite close to the Bharati Vidyapeeth school. Balewadi has become such a hub for companies lately, but we try to keep our little corner simple. The building is fairly new, so everything works like it’s supposed to, which is a relief. We spend our days at Elliot Systems working through various technical problems and system setups. It’s a lot of screen time and talking through ideas at the table. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes lunch. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. The view from the eighth floor is quite nice, especially when it rains. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work done right. The team is small but we’ve known each other a long time. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and being in this part of town makes it easy for us to stay connected with other tech people. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project. There is always plenty to do and not enough hours in the day to finish everything.
