Ellicium

You can find us over at Plot No. 17 in Vardhini Bunglow. We are on the first floor. It is not your typical office setting since it is a bungalow, but that is exactly why we like it. It feels a lot more relaxed than being stuck in a high-rise building with elevators and glass walls. We work in the tech and data field, which sounds complicated, but we try to keep things simple in how we run the place. The rooms are filled with desks and cables, and there is usually a lot of talking as we figure out how to solve different problems. We do not have a dress code or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Being in a bungalow means we sometimes hear the neighbors or the birds outside, which is a nice change from city noise. We have been here for a bit and have gotten used to the layout of the place. It is a bit like working from home but with a full team around you. We do not have any big marketing slogans or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just like solving puzzles and working with data. If you came by, you would see a bunch of people focused on their screens, probably with a few half-empty coffee mugs lying around. It is a quiet, productive place where we just focus on the work we enjoy. No corporate jargon, just real effort.
