Our office is located at 26 Geeta Anadbaug Society in Navi Peth. Pune is a city with a lot of history, and Navi Peth is one of those areas that still feels like the old days in some ways. The streets can be a bit narrow and crowded, but that’s just the way it is here. We have a simple setup inside the society. It’s quiet enough that we can focus on the coding and design work we do every day. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small group working out of a residential-style office. It feels more personal that way. Most of us have been working together at Elixir Web Solutions for a good amount of time now. We know who likes their tea with extra sugar and who prefers to work in total silence. Sometimes we step out to the local shops for a break when the afternoon slump hits. The neighbors are used to us coming and going by now. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things for the web and fix problems as they come up. It is a practical business run by regular people who happen to know a lot about technology. That’s pretty much the whole story of our office in Pune.
