Our little office is tucked away in Riya Residency over in Nanak Nagar. If you know the Kondhwa Khurd area in Pune, you know it can get pretty busy with people moving around all day. We are located at S No 63, and it’s a decent place to spend our working hours. It is mostly a residential spot, so it stays relatively quiet during the middle of the day, which helps us get things done. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a room with some desks and a bunch of computers. Most of the guys here live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for them. We started Elixir Web Solutions because we wanted to do our own thing without all the layers of management you find in those big tech parks. It feels more like a small family here. We grab lunch from the local places around the corner and spend most of our time staring at screens. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we enjoy the puzzles we have to solve. Living and working in Pune has its own charm, even if the summer heat gets a bit intense sometimes. We just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks we have lined up for the week. It’s a simple setup for honest work.
