If you come down to Kharadi in Pune, you’ll find us in Gulmohar City. We are in the Daffodils building, specifically room 102. It’s tucked behind Rakshaknagar Phase 1. Elixir Web Solutions has been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s a residential area mostly, so the office has a very relaxed feel to it. We do a lot of web-related work, mostly sitting at our screens all day. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the dust from the construction in Kharadi can be a bit much sometimes. There are about ten of us here on a good day. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and tea. The building is quiet, and our neighbors are mostly families. It’s nice because it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office. We just get our projects done and try to stay organized. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all have to take a break until it comes back, which is just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we like staying in this building. It’s easy to get to and everyone knows the way to Gulmohar City. Just a regular bunch of people doing tech work and getting through the week together.
