If you know Kothrud, you know how busy Chandani Chowk can get. Elintex Technologies Llp is right there in Ved Vihar, building 3, flat 503. Being on the 5th floor helps get us away from the street level noise a bit, though you can still hear the traffic when things get really backed up outside. It is a pretty standard setup for a small business like ours. We have our desks, some shelves for files, and a small area for making tea. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art. We just needed a place to sit and work, and this spot in Kothrud felt right. The commute can be a bit of a pain for some of us depending on the road work, but that is just life in Pune these days. We spend most of our day focused on the work at hand. We don't have long meetings or big presentations. Most of the time, we just chat across the room if someone has a question. It is a very informal environment. We’ve been here long enough that we have our favorite spots for lunch nearby. It’s a good neighborhood to be in. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a marketing department. It is just us doing the work we know how to do. We like the independence of having our own small space where we can just be ourselves.
