Electro Lam

Electro Lam is out in the industrial area at Plot No.3106 in Phase-Iv of G.I.D.C., Vatva. It’s a lot of concrete and factories around here. Not exactly the prettiest place to work, but it’s where things get made. Our building is a simple structure that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done. We have some machinery that makes a fair amount of noise, so we’re used to talking a bit louder than most people. The yard gets a bit muddy when it rains, and we’re always trying to keep the dust off the equipment. We’ve been in Vatva for a long time now. We know the guys in the neighboring plots and we often help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand moving something heavy. It’s a rough-and-tumble environment, but we like it. We aren't wearing suits here; it’s more about work boots and shirts that get dirty. We spend our days looking at blueprints and making sure the machines are running right. It’s a lot of maintenance and a lot of manual labor. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just want to finish the orders on time and make sure nothing breaks down. It’s a simple, hardworking life out here in the industrial zone. We take a lunch break when we can and try to stay cool when the sun is beating down on the roof.
