Electro Dip

Electro Dip is located in the Balaji Complex over in Guruwar Peth. If you know Pune, you know Guruwar Peth is quite an old and crowded area. Our shop, number 721, is right in the middle of it all. It’s not a very big space, and the complex itself has been around for a long time. We do a lot of specialized dipping and coating work here. It’s messy work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and traders, so there's always something going on outside our door. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who understand the process. The ventilation could be better, but we make do with what we have. Most of our customers are from the surrounding markets who need parts treated. We keep a simple logbook and don't bother with fancy computers much. It’s a bit dark inside the complex, but our workspace is well-lit so we can see what we're doing. We’ve been in Guruwar Peth for years and wouldn't really know where else to go. It’s a humble setup, but it gets the job done for the people who need us. The walls in the Balaji Complex are a bit grey, and we've got some old posters from years ago still hanging up. We don't really have a lunch break; we just eat when there's a quiet moment between jobs. Guruwar Peth is always loud with the sounds of bells and traffic, but we quite like the energy of the place.
