Elastik Teams India Private Limited

Our company, Elastik Teams India Private Limited, is based at store number four in the Orange Life building. We are located on the Pashan-Sus Road in Pune, right across from the Datta Mandir. It is a pretty recognizable landmark, so people don’t usually get lost trying to find us. The shop space is compact but it works for what we need. We spend our days here working on various projects. It’s a regular street-side location, so we see people walking by and cars stuck in traffic all day. It feels more connected to the city than being tucked away in a high-rise. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group of people. The office is a bit messy sometimes with cables and papers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the door is open, we are probably inside working. Pune is a great city to be in, and this area has grown a lot lately. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby for when we need a break from the computers. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We like the independence of having our own little storefront.
