Einfotek

Ganesh Peth is a really crowded part of Pune. It’s always loud outside with the traffic and people moving through the market. Our office for Einfotek is at 160, right across from Sadari Sadan Tarachand Bhavan. If you know this area, you know how hard it is to find a good parking spot. Most of us just take the bus or walk from wherever we can leave our bikes. Inside the building, things are a bit calmer. We have our desks set up and it’s a pretty standard workspace. Nothing too flashy here. We’ve got the usual computers and a small pantry where someone is always forgetting to wash their cup. It’s an old building but it has character. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow. We spend our days handling technical stuff and checking a lot of emails. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which is just part of being in this neighborhood. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall downstairs. It’s a tight-knit community in this part of the city. We don’t really do much besides the daily grind. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now. The windows don’t block out all the street noise, so you always feel like you’re part of the city. We’re just here in the middle of Ganesh Peth, doing our thing and trying to stay busy.
