Eecenze

Our place, Eecenze, is over at 126 in Bhawani Peth. If you know Pune at all, you know this part of town gets pretty crowded, especially around the New Timber Market. We are tucked in near the Poona Saw Mill. You can hear the machines running sometimes during the day. It's just how it is around here. Sonawane Hospital is also right there, so that’s usually what I tell people when they’re looking for the shop. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where we get our work done. Most days, I’m here early before the trucks start lining up on the street. It gets a bit dusty with all the wood moving around, but you get used to it after a while. Sometimes the tea stall down the lane is the best part of the morning. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It's easy to find once you get into the market area. People usually just look for the landmark and then walk over. It's not a corporate office with a big lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and the stuff we need to work. The stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't careful. We just keep things moving and try to stay out of the way of the big timber deliveries. It's a busy neighborhood, always something going on outside the window.
