You can find our office in the Gangapuram Housing Society over in Viman Nagar. We are based in Building B-4, specifically in Flat Number 4. Viman Nagar is a very busy part of Pune, but our society is tucked away enough that we do not get the worst of the noise from the main streets. Being on the lower floors of a residential building means we see the neighbors going about their daily lives while we are working. It makes the whole work day feel a bit more human and grounded. We have got our computers and desks set up in the different rooms, and the kitchen area usually serves as our small break room. It is a very Pune way of doing business, starting out in a flat within a good society. The planes from the nearby airport fly over pretty often, so there is a loud roar every now and then, but we have lived with it so long we barely notice anymore. The security staff at the front gate knows us well. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet people; you just walk up to the door of Flat 4 and ring the bell like you are visiting a friend. It is a practical way to run our operations without a lot of unnecessary fluff. The rooms are a bit tight when we are all in, but it keeps us all working together.
