Our place is in Bavdhan, right at Gera’S Isle Royale, villa number 33. It’s a bit different because we are in a villa rather than a standard office building. It’s located near Kokate Wasti. Bavdhan is generally a quieter part of Pune, which is great because we don't have to deal with as much city noise while we work on our digital software projects. The space is quite large since it's a house, so we have different rooms for different tasks. It feels a bit more relaxed than a typical cubicle office. We spend a lot of time in the main living area where we’ve set up our main workstations. There’s a lot of greenery around here, which is a nice change from the dusty parts of the city. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch and chat. Most of the work we do is focused on software and tech solutions. We don't really have a big sign out front, so you have to know which villa to look for. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't worry about corporate hierarchies; we just talk to each other and get the work finished. It’s a good spot for us, and the atmosphere helps us stay focused on the tech stuff we have to do every day. We usually finish up late and then head home through the quiet streets.
