We are situated in Wakad, Pune, inside the Sonigara Kesar building. Our office is flat 305 in building six. Wakad has changed a lot lately with all the new construction, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We do technology work, which mostly means we are glued to our laptops from morning till evening. The flat is a regular residential unit that we've converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, so it’s never completely silent. We like being in this part of Pune because it’s close to the highway, making it easier for some of the staff to get in. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. People just show up and get to work. The balcony gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at code. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a tight-knit group, and we just manage our tasks day by day. It’s practical and it works for what we need. We focus on getting the technical details right and don’t spend much time on anything else. Most of the time it's just the sound of keyboards clicking away. We try to finish things on time and keep the clients happy.
