We are located at Sunshree Woods on NIBM Road in the Kondhwa area of Pune. It is a nice part of town, and our office is in unit 22/2/B. Being in the IT sector in Pune means there is always a lot of competition, but we do not let that bother us much. We just focus on our own work and our own clients. We do a lot of tech support and software tasks. Our space is not a fancy glass office in a tech park. It is a bit more tucked away, which we prefer because it is quieter. There are computers everywhere and usually some coffee mugs on the desks. We are a small group, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is not a big hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just grabs it. We do not spend time on marketing campaigns or trying to sound like a giant multinational. We are just a local IT shop trying to keep our clients' systems running without too many headaches. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to stay late to sort it out, but that is just part of the job. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around NIBM Road. It is a good place to be, and we just want to keep providing honest work. It is what keeps the lights on for us.
