Ecops Software Solutions

Our office is situated in Kothrud on the New Rander Road. It’s a decent area, though it gets quite noisy with all the traffic outside during the day. Ecops Software Solutions is just a name on a plastic sign by the entrance to the building. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting in front of monitors with headphones on to block out the street sounds. We aren’t trying to be the next big thing in the tech world; we’re just a local business doing software stuff for people. The walls are a plain off-white, and we’ve got a few posters that are peeling at the corners because the tape is old. We don't do those team-building retreats or anything like that. We just work, talk about the cricket scores, and go home to our families. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break, which usually means heading downstairs for a quick snack from the street vendor. We handle our tasks one by one without making a huge deal out of it. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do for a living. If a client has a question, they just talk to whoever is free at the moment. We don't have a bunch of departments to shuffle people through. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know what we like to order for tea and snacks.
