We are out here in Village Bakori, right at Gat No. 323/331. Most days start early for us because that’s just how things go when you’re working with the land and food. Taluka Haveli is a busy place once the sun comes up. We spend a lot of our time looking at what’s growing and making sure everything is moving along like it should. It’s not a fancy setup, just a lot of hard work and making sure the food is handled right before it goes out. People around here know where we are. We have been part of this area for a while now. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather doesn't want to cooperate, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just want to run our farm and food business the way we know how. You’ll usually find someone at the gate or in the sheds checking on the stock. It is dusty work sometimes, but it’s what we do. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the orders are packed and the fields are looked after. It’s just a group of us here trying to make a living and get decent food to the people who need it. We don't have much time for sitting around talking about goals. We just get the work done. Every season brings something different and we just follow the rhythm of the crops and the orders coming in.
