Eclipsys India Pvt Ltd is located in Kharadi, which is a part of Maharashtra that has changed a lot over the last few years. We are up on the 6th floor in Flat No 601. Being on the higher floor is nice because you get a bit of a view, even if it’s just of more buildings and the busy roads below. Kharadi is always packed with people and traffic, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle some mornings. Once we’re inside, though, it’s mostly just us working on various software and tech projects. The office is a decent size, and we’ve made it comfortable enough for the long hours we sometimes put in. We don’t really go in for the whole corporate polish thing. Our desks are usually a bit messy with notes and cables everywhere. It’s a real working environment where people are actually doing things rather than just talking about them. We have a small pantry where we hang out during breaks, and the conversation usually drifts away from work to whatever movie is out or how the local cricket team is doing. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere for the most part, though things can get a bit stressed when a deadline is coming up. That’s just the nature of the business, I suppose. We’ve been at this location for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the building itself.
