We opened Eat Some over on Hinjawadi P T College Road 4. It’s a busy spot because of all the students and office workers in the Hinjawadi area. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, getting things ready for the lunch rush. It gets pretty intense around noon, but we’ve learned how to work fast to keep the line moving. The shop isn't very big, so we have to make the most of the space we have at P T College Road 4. We don't have a big corporate team behind us, just a few local folks who wanted to start a food business. Most days involve a lot of chopping, cooking, and cleaning up afterwards. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just put the food out and hope people like it. Sometimes the floor gets a bit slippery when it's raining outside, so we have to be careful with the mop. We’ve got a few regular customers who come in almost every day, and we’ve gotten to know their orders by heart. It’s a simple life, focused on making food and keeping the place going. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure the food is decent and people can get back to their jobs or classes on time. It’s a practical little shop in a busy part of town.
