Eat Some

Eat Some is our small food outlet located in Viman Nagar, specifically at Premchandnagar Society 4. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood with lots of people living and working around here. We mostly do quick meals and snacks that people can grab on their way somewhere. The shop is quite compact, so it’s mainly for takeaway, though some folks like to stand outside and eat while they chat. We’ve got a small grill and a few stove burners going most of the day. It’s just a few of us behind the counter. We don't have any big corporate backing, it’s just a local business we started to make a living. We try to keep things organized, but when the lunch rush hits, it can get a bit messy. We’re always running out of napkins or change, it seems like we can never have enough. The menu is simple because we don't have the space for anything complicated in our kitchen. We know the regular delivery guys by name because they’re in and out of here all day long. Viman Nagar has changed a lot since we first set up, with more buildings going up every year. We just try to keep up with the pace of the street. It’s a lot of chopping vegetables and cleaning dishes at the end of the night. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a reliable place to eat.
