Dynamic Steel Crafts

Dynamic Steel Crafts is situated at 1238-39 in Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune, you know this area is full of old buildings and narrow lanes. Our workshop is right in the middle of it. We work with steel, so there is always the sound of grinding or cutting going on. It’s a noisy place, and the air usually smells like metal. We have been here for a good number of years. The shop floor is stained with oil and marks from the heavy work we do. We don't have a fancy sign or a reception desk. You just walk in and you'll likely see someone wearing a welding mask or holding a grinder. We make different things out of steel, mostly just practical stuff that people need for their homes or shops. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired. Sadashiv Peth has its own rhythm, and we’re just a small part of it. We don't bother with much else besides the work at hand. Sometimes people bring in sketches of what they want, and we see if we can make it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We just keep our tools sharp and the machines running as much as we can. It can get really hot in here during the summer months with all the welding going on.
