Out here at Wagholi 808, things are usually pretty loud. That is just how it is when you are running an industrial unit. We have got various machines running most of the day and there is always the smell of metal and oil in the air. It is not a place for someone who likes a quiet office job. We spend our time working on different parts and making sure the orders are ready on time. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. It is a lot of hard work and our hands are usually covered in grease by lunch time. We started small and just kept adding a few things here and there over the years. The floor is concrete and has plenty of scratches from moving heavy equipment around. We do not spend much on decorations because it is a workshop, not a mall. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or checking the size of a part with a gauge. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the paperwork, but mostly we are standing up and moving around. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with the job. People know us for being at this address in Wagholi and they just drop by when they have work for us. We just keep doing what we do.
