Our kitchen is located at 26/1 in Hingne Khurd, right off the main Sinhagad Road. It’s tucked into Nitanand Hall Gali, which is a busy little street especially when there are functions going on. We are across from the State Bank of India and near the Vitthal Mandir in Vitthalwadi. If you know the traffic on Sinhagad Road, you know it can be a challenge, so we are always keeping an eye on the clock. Our space is usually full of large pots and huge stacks of plates because catering for events requires a lot of gear. We spend most of our time prepping for weddings or local gatherings. The atmosphere in the kitchen is loud and hot, but that’s just how it is when you’re cooking for hundreds of people. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the local shopkeepers all know us. Being near Vitthal Mandir means there is always some sort of movement or festival happening nearby, which keeps us on our toes. We are a private limited company, but the way we work is very hands-on. We don't have fancy desks; we have prep tables and stoves. We focus on getting the food done and loaded onto the trucks so it gets to the venue before the guests arrive. It’s a practical, busy life here in Hingne Khurd, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
