You can find Durga Mobile Shopee over in Dhayari. It is a pretty busy area, especially during the festive seasons when everyone is out on the street. Our shop is tucked in between a bakery and a clothing store. You can often smell the fresh bread in the mornings, which is nice. Inside, we have a lot of glass display cases. They are a bit of a pain because they show every single fingerprint, so I am always wiping them with a yellow cloth. We have a small radio that we keep on a low volume. Usually, it’s just playing old songs or the news. The walls are covered in some posters that are starting to curl at the edges. Dhayari has a lot of dust, so we have to sweep the floor at least three times a day. We have a small back area where we keep a kettle for making tea. It’s a tight fit back there with all the boxes stacked up. The ceiling is a bit low, so tall people have to watch their heads. We know most of the people who walk by every day. It’s a friendly enough place. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything like that. People just know where we are and they stop by when they need something. That is just how we like to run things here. There is no point in trying to be something we are not.
