This part of Pune is always moving, and being on this road means we’re never far from a good cup of chai or a quick bite. Our office in Nalin Chambers is a straightforward setup. We have enough room for our team and all the hardware we need to do our jobs. It isn't a high-rise glass building, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. Most of our days are spent at our desks, typing away or talking through some technical issue that popped up overnight. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. The lighting is okay, and the desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old coffee mugs, but that’s just how we work. Sometimes the street noise from Dhole Patil Road drifts in, but it’s part of the local atmosphere. We’ve got a small balcony area where we step out for some air now and then. It’s a busy life here, but we enjoy the pace. We don’t have a big corporate structure; it’s more about just getting the tasks done and making sure everything works like it should. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name, and we usually exchange a nod when we walk in every morning to start the day.
