Dsiya Technologies Private Limited

Dsiya Technologies Private Limited is based out of Hadapsar in Pune. To be specific, we’re located in Sattyraj Srusti, Flno A7, over in Kale Padalsno. It's a residential area mostly, so it's quite calm around the office for the most part. We like it that way because it helps us concentrate on the technical work we do. Pune is a hub for this kind of thing, but we prefer being tucked away in this corner of Hadapsar rather than in one of those huge, cold IT parks. It feels more personal here. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, figuring out stuff for our clients. There’s no dress code or anything like that here. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day at a desk. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together if we aren't too buried in work. The address is a bit of a mouthful to tell delivery guys, but once they find the building, it's easy. We've been here for some time and have gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors in the building. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our projects. We don't do big presentations or have many meetings. Most of our communication happens over chat or just by shouting across the room to each other. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it suits our style just fine.
