Our office is in Shivranjan Towers, which is in Someshwarwadi, Pashan. We are up on the eighth floor in B3-801. It’s a good spot in Pune because it’s a bit away from the heaviest traffic but still close enough to everything. Domore Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door. Inside, it’s a standard office setup, though it feels more like a home since it’s an apartment. We focus on tech solutions and general software development. We’ve got a small team, and we usually just huddle around the main table to figure things out. Pashan is a nice area with a bit more greenery than other parts of the city. We appreciate the quietness here because it helps us concentrate. We don't have a big corporate culture. There are no plaques on the walls or forced team-building exercises. We just work. If someone has an idea, they say it. If something breaks, we fix it together. It’s a very flat structure. We use everyday English and don't bother with fancy jargon that nobody understands. Our goal is just to keep the business running and keep our clients happy with the technical work we produce. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is near, but usually, we try to keep a normal balance. It’s just us, doing our thing in Pashan without much fuss or any fancy titles.
