Dnyano Solutions Private Limited is based out of Pandavnagar in Pune. We are in Flat No 12 at Ajinkyatara Height. It’s a decent building and easy enough to find if you know the area. Being in Haveli taluka gives us a bit of a different perspective than being right in the center of the city. Our office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a living area that’s now full of monitors. We handle various tech solutions. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If you knock, one of us will just get up and open the door. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We wear what we want and work at our own pace, as long as the work gets finished. Pune has so many tech companies, but we like being one of the smaller ones. It allows us to actually know what’s going on with every single project. We aren't fans of long meetings or corporate talk. We would rather just sit down and solve the problem at hand. The view from Ajinkyatara Height is pretty nice on clear days, which is a good break from looking at code all day. It’s just a normal group of people trying to do a decent job from a small flat. We don't need much more than that to get the work done right.
