Our office is at number 14 on Bhandarkar Road, in the Avatamali building. It is a solid location. We spend most of our time dealing with building projects and site visits. Being on Bhandarkar Road is convenient because everything is close. We are not a huge team. It is just a few of us here making sure things get built right. There is always some noise from the street, but you get used to it. We deal with architects and contractors all day long. Sometimes things go smooth, and sometimes there are delays with materials or permits. That is just how development goes. We do not try to make it sound like more than it is. We just focus on the projects we have on hand. People stop by to see the plans or check on how a job is progressing. We have been in this spot for a bit now. The walls are covered in blueprints and notes. It is a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. If the door is open, someone is usually there to talk. Building stuff takes time and a lot of patience. We just keep at it day by day. It is practical work. We like seeing a project go from a drawing to an actual structure. That is the most satisfying part for us. We just get on with it.
