Our office is located at B 605 in the Amar B building, right here in the Pune City area. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on in this part of town. Dirx India is really just a group of us who wanted to work on our own terms. We spend most of our time in the office looking at screens and trying to figure out the best way to handle the projects we get. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are busy, but we get the job done. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a while now and decided Pune was the best place to set up because of the energy here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We like being a bit smaller so we can actually talk to each other without having a meeting about every little thing. The 411045 area code has become like a second home to us. When you come up to the sixth floor, you’ll find us just doing our daily tasks. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. We just focus on the work and try to make sure we don't make too many mistakes. It's a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us so far. We just show up and do our best every morning.
