You can find Dinanathdeshpande over in Kharadi, specifically at B-12 in the Springfield building. We’re right opposite the Reliance Mart, which is a huge landmark in this part of Pune. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the shoppers and the traffic near the Kharadi Bypass. It’s a very busy area these days with all the new IT parks and apartments popping up everywhere. Springfield is a nice enough spot, and being at B-12 gives us just enough room to handle our daily business. Dinanath is the one in charge, and he’s usually the first person you’ll see when you walk in. He’s been in Pune for a long time and has seen Kharadi transform from a quiet area into the hub it is now. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s got desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We don’t bother with corporate jargon or fancy presentations. We just talk to people like normal human beings. The bypass can get really noisy with the trucks and buses, but once you step inside, it’s a bit better. We have our routine, starting with coffee and then getting into the emails and phone calls. It’s a practical environment. We don’t make big promises; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a busy life, but it suits us just fine. We keep things moving and stay focused on the tasks.
