Digital Technology Idea Store

Our shop is located near Modern High School in Shivaji Nagar which is a very busy part of Pune. Since we are so close to the school we see a lot of students and teachers walking past every day. Sometimes they come in because they need help with a project or their tablet stopped working right before a big exam. Here at Digital Technology Idea Store we deal with all sorts of digital stuff from small repairs to helping people figure out which gadget is right for their home. The store isn't very large so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes and display the items. It can get a bit loud during the afternoon when school lets out and the street fills up with buses and rickshaws. We have a couple of workbenches in the back where we do the actual repair work and the front is mostly for talking to people. We don't use any corporate scripts or anything like that when we talk to our customers. We just speak like normal people and try to be honest about what can be done and what cannot. If a phone is too old to fix we just tell them that instead of trying to sell them something they don't need. It is a straightforward way of doing business and it seems to work well for the local crowd. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
