We've been here in Kothrud at number 174 for quite some time now. It’s just a small place where people come when their phones act up or they need a new recharge. Dhavale Telecom isn't fancy at all. You’ll probably see me or my brother sitting at the counter most days of the week. We handle a lot of screen repairs because people drop their phones constantly, or so it seems. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone gets off work and stops by. We try to keep the basic accessories in stock, like chargers and earphones, so folks don't have to go all the way to the big malls for a cable. It started out as just a small recharge point years ago, but now we do more repairs than anything else. Kothrud has changed a lot, but we are still in the same spot. We know most of the neighbors by their names. If you have a problem with your signal or your battery is dying too fast, you can just stop by. There's no fancy waiting area, just a couple of plastic stools. We just do the work and hand the device back to you. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive from the supplier, but we tell you that upfront. We don't like overcomplicating things. It is just a regular shop for regular phone stuff. We are usually open until late unless something comes up. It’s a bit messy with all the wires.
