We are out in Ranje, which is in the Bhor area at Gat No 186. It’s quite a way out from the city, which means plenty of fresh air and a lot less noise. Most people around here are involved in farming, so we’re a bit of an oddity with our computers and tech gear. The office is a solid building on the plot, nothing fancy but it keeps the rain out. We have a lot of space out here compared to the tiny offices in Pune or Mumbai. The commute can be a bit of a trek for some of the guys, but the quiet makes up for it. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually eat together and share whatever we’ve brought from home. The internet was a bit of a struggle to get set up at first, but it works fine now. We like the fact that we can see fields out the window instead of just more concrete buildings. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big reception area or a lobby. If someone stops by, they usually just walk right into the main work area. It’s a bit dusty, especially during the dry season, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make the most of being in such a peaceful location. It’s a different way of doing things, but it suits us.
