Dharne Systems Pvt Ltd

We are Dharne Systems Pvt Ltd and our office is actually in Flat 9 of the Gautam Soc in Mahavir Park. This is in the Mohan Nagar area of Chinchwad in Pune. Since we are in a residential society, it’s a bit different than being in a big glass office building. It’s a lot quieter, which is nice for the kind of systems work we do. We have to be careful about where we park our scooters so we don't bother the neighbors. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with plenty of computers and cables running along the floor. It feels a bit like a home, which I think makes the guys more comfortable while they work. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small one near the bell so people know they have the right flat. Most of our work is done on screens, so we spend a lot of time sitting down. We take breaks in the small kitchen area to make some tea or eat snacks. Sometimes we hear the kids playing outside in the society park or people talking in the hallway. It’s a very local way to run a business. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do our work well and keep things running smoothly from our little corner of Chinchwad. It is a good place to focus without the typical city noise.
