Dhanujya Biztech India Private Limited. We are based in Ghorpadi at the Livstonia building in Palm Grove. It’s on B.T. Kavde Road, which gets quite busy with traffic during the peak hours. Our space is Flat No 16. It’s basically a converted apartment that we use for the business. It feels more like a home than an office, to be honest. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small kitchen where we make tea. It’s nice being in a residential-style complex because it’s not as cold as those glass buildings in the tech parks. We see the same neighbors every day. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it’s fine. We handle all our biztech operations from this small spot in Pune. There are plenty of trees around the S No 49 area, so it’s not all concrete. Sometimes we work late and you can hear the city noise dying down. We don’t have a sign out front, so people usually have to call us to find the exact door. It’s just a few of us working together, trying to keep up with the daily tasks. We like it this way. No big meetings, just quick chats over the desks to get things done. It keeps the pressure low and the focus on the actual work.
